Audrey Snead (Street Articles Author)

I am a 40-year-old single mother of a teenage daughter. Not as scary as it sounds - not for me, anyway. I've been an artist all my life, it just came to me naturally. And what I didn't know, I learned from studying other artists. There's still a lot I don't know, but I think I've come a long way and I genuinely like my work, although I continually strive to better my skills. I've had a love for writing since my late teens, although looking back into my high school years, I realize I had the talent even then but just didn't realize it.

I started out writing novellas before advancing to full novels and screenplays. My ebook novel "Hour of Darkness" can be viewed in the Kindle store. I'm only just beginning to get into article writing - I'm a much better "fiction" writer than non-fiction writer - but I believe in leaving no stone unturned. Maybe I'll actually be good at it...if I can find enough interesting subjects that I'm qualified to write about.
