Hi, my name is Bernard and I am an Electrical Engineer who loves to blog and write about health and nutrition from time to time. I'm single and have two step kids who proudly serve in the US armed forces and I want to live a long life so that I can see them grow up and have kids of their own.

I have varied interests that range from guitar playing to bike riding and occasional travel. I am a huge Laker fan. Hopefully, that won't discourage you from reading my stuff. So many of you are Laker haters which is understandable considering the vast number of championships they have won. But I digress.

I am the oldest of four kids and my parents did a wonderful job raising us all. I served 28 years in the Air National Guard and have had a great life so far. My purpose in life is to keep growing personally, help others along the way and contribute something in life that my loved ones can remember me by. Writing articles and contributing to charitable events is my way of giving back what I have abundantly received. Thank you for reading my bio. May you live long and prosper.
