I have been in the I.T. Industry for over 10 years. I started my career working on F/A-18 Hornet jet fighters while serving in the US Marine Corps. From there, I transitioned into working on computers and servers.

As a field technician, I would provide on-site service throughout the Los Angeles area. I would fix computer and server equipment for our client base.

In 2006 I earned my B.S. degree in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix. I subsequently earned my A+, Network+ and MCSE certifications. I currently work for a managed solutions provider for Vistem Solutions, Inc. I just finished a 2 1/2-year contract where I was the primary network manager for a luxurious resort which included 5 restaurants and a spa. Now I work at out other locations and am transitioning into a project planning role within the company.

I believe teaching is one of the best ways of giving back and I try to get new people excited about networking. This will always be a growing field and I am excited to be a part of it. I currently have a wife, Anette and daughter, Areli. We live in Ontario, CA with our dog Casper.
