BIOGRAPHY ...

Darryl’s career spans over 30 years. He brings expertise in the areas of general business management, human capital management, leadership coaching, change management, organization assessment, strategic planning, M&As;, employment law, commercial law, and DBE/MBE/WBE/DVE programs, He has supported up to 175,000 employees in a single organization, and has delivered business services to headquarter sites, field sales offices, distribution centers, manufacturing plants, retail stores, government agencies, nonprofit organizations, professional service firms, and start-up businesses. Geographically, Darryl has served businesses located in the U.S., Mexico, Canada, Italy, Ireland, and the UK. From 2005 to 2014, he was the 2nd chair business executive, holding operations and P&L responsibilities, for the various business segments of a management consulting firm. He also served as in-house legal counsel and executive consultant to clients. Darryl helped to grow the revenue of the firm’s portfolio of businesses, including proprietary ventures, from a few thousand dollars to approximately $45M.

What Have We Done? • Identified KPIs and designed a performance dashboard for a small health care business.

• Helped to launch a $500k social media/group messaging app by guiding the company valuation, pursuit of investment capital, HR matters, and the creation of legal documents.

• Helped a client to successfully challenge local, state and federal DBE regulatory violations committed in a $500B RFP for an international airport construction project.

• Helped to design, develop and launch a $1.1M SaaS company into the U.S. legal cannabis industry, including the creation of the business and financial models, the investment materials, and all legal documents.
