My name is Edward James. I am a qualified fitness instructor from the United Kingdom. I began my journey on helping new mother to lose their pregnancy weight, when my wife had our first child. She was over the moon to be a mother, but I could tell something was bothering her. Knowing what a stressful time she had been through (well guessing really, as I don’t think us men will ever come close to understanding what you women go through in the 9+ months! No matter how much we protest we do!), I waited for her to come to me. Finally after a few months she came to me and said “I want to lose my baby weight!” and she did not want to wait to do it! We set about making her a personal plan that she could fit into her busy life, and came up with ways to keep her motivated throughout the plan.
