I am a runner. Running has defined me since I was 13. I was too small to continue playing contact sports so I switched to running and fell in love. I have ran all throughout high school and college. Now that I am out of college with numerous championships under my belt, I wish to give back to the running community. I hope my expertise comes to help others who enjoy running also.
