Being out of shape literally, and unhealthy had a big affect in my life and put a great deal of weight on me. I had no girlfriend, no self esteem and practically no life, i really was depressed and at rock bottom. One day i had been so frustrated that i had come to a point in my life where i needed to change my life style. I had to admit i had some slip ups going through my life style changed, but i was determined to succeed.
