Hello everyone,

My name is Garrett Rempher and I want to introduce myself as a real person. I am not a doctor, nor a trainer, teacher or the like. My profession has been in the construction/ consulting industry working with top clients and government agencies up until recently.

When I was young; I used to implement a goals list of the day. My dad made me write it down and pin it to the wall. It could even be the same goals everyday. I realized that most of my goals narrowed down to a couple of interests that FULFILLED my life and my attitude daily; and I want to share my experience with you.

A couple of years ago; I was diagnosed with cancer. This was life-shattering for me in my early 30's. My whole world changed in a few, brief breathes as I realized this is real; not a dream and it’s happening to me. During my pursuit of making a career for myself (so I can go down the long list of what everyone thinks of as “must do’s”, “normal”, or “how to be happy”); I realized life is too short to plan out accomplishments when some of the greatest moments are right in front of your eyes while you stress about things you think you can control but you can’t. I am so very grateful for this life experience to have happened to me so I can put the real focus back in mind; and "control the things that YOU can control…you." What does it take to make you happy? What are the things that interest YOU?

With all the wealth of knowledge out there in the world on this subject; there are four major components to one owns wellness with maybe a couple variations of add-ons for external environments but I have yet to see a "how do" or "steps to achieve" your happiness or success within them. That is why I am going to share my years of experiences, research, and personal trials.
