Hi. My name is Gradyne B and I have made it my goal to learn all I can about health and wellness as it pertains to today’s society. I am a breast cancer survivor and although the cause has never been determined I am convinced that the leading cause of cancer is diet. So, I have made it my goal to become healthier and to learn all I can about good nutrition.

Every day in the news there is an article about obesity and all of the health problems that can be linked to being overweight. I am not overweight but in my studies of nutrition I have also been exploring the concept of eating healthier and how losing weight, maintaining my weight or even gaining weight has a huge impact on a person’s well being.

I have only just begun in my learning and I hope to educate myself and others by writing about what I am discovering in my research. If I can help even one person by becoming aware of the importance of good nutrition I feel I will have succeeded in my goal.
