I'm Jim retired, a blogger, active martial artist and lover of life. With that said I have eight grandchildren who are the love of my life.

I've been an active blogger for over two years. I particularly enjoy writing about weight loss which by the way I have personal experience with. My intention is to educate and generally inform all those who want to listen how to drop their unwanted weight and feel good about themselves.

The longer I've been a part of this world we live in, I've come to believe we were put here for one purpose to help others. My hope and intent is to help as many as I can with their weight loss problems. I have my own opinions but wouldn't consider myself opinionated or pushy.
