Judy has been a caregiver since 1988. She has cared for family members as well as people in her community. Being a home health aide has given her a wide variety of experience with such conditions as spinal injury, cancer care, dementia and schizophrenia.

This experience has given her a special sensitivity to issues that caregivers face daily. She truly understands the stress that caregiving brings and yet knows that it is by far the most rewarding work anyone could ever do.

I Miss You, Mom
Every day I wake up with a dull ache in my heart and it stays with me until I fall asleep at night. I hate eating alone. I think I've tried every frozen dinner in the supermarket but none of them taste good. I miss making meatloaf and mashed potatoes.…
