Kelsey Uh’s passion for Real Estate stems from her own experiences as a real estate investor in the New York market. She has purchased, renovated and sold several properties with her partners and guides her clients through the same process.

As a real estate investor who has her own investment company, her clients benefit from her ability to locate the best deals. Teamed up with many contractors, lawyers and mortgage brokers, she is a resource to provide home owners and buyers with her knowledge for the finest transactions.

In order to service high net worth individuals, she completed Real Estate Investment Seminar and Power Coaching of Trump University in New York, Florida and Las Vegas, and attained a Certificate of Real Estate Marketing at Continental School in Minnesota. This extensive training enabled her to learn aggressive marketing, buying and selling of properties, property analysis, asset protection, land-lording, creative financing and renovations.

Prior to becoming a real estate broker, she ran a Jeanswear business, and sold her products to retailers nationwide. And in the late 1990s, as one of early e-commerce runners selling her own kimono robes over the internet, she learned internet marketing and technologies that have been a niche for her real estate worldwide marketing. With her business spirit, she understands business management, marketing and sales.

Her attention to detail and organizational skills combined with her cutting-edge marketing provides her buyers and sellers the expertise to a successful conclusion. Having lived in several Manhattan neighborhoods for almost 20 years, she offers in-depth knowledge of the market and appreciates Manhattan living from downtown to uptown.

She joined Keller Williams NYC as it is the second largest real estate franchise in the country with over 86,000 agents who work as a nation-wide team to maximize results. Kelsey Uh specializes in the sales, marketing and pre-development planning of luxury condominiums in Manhattan.

She graduated from Konkuk University in Seoul with a Bachelor’s degree, and continued her education in New York City at Fashion Institute of Technology. Before coming to the U.S, with her strong English communication skills, she worked with high ranking foreign officials at an international conglomerate and a foreign institution in Seoul.

In her free time she enjoys classical and jazz music, the spa, exercising at the gym and all wonderful things New York has to offer. She is happily married and resides with her husband and their beloved dog. She is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and the Manhattan Association of Realtors.
