Hi, my name is Linda. I had never published anything online till I joined Street Articles. In fact I had barely touched a computer till November 2011. My back ground is in Child Care, but I had to give that up when I broke my shoulder in February 2011. I found I had a lot of spare time on my hands while recovering, so I decided to explore the internet through my room mates computer, and here I am less than a year later. I have IBS, so most of my articles revolve around that theme. I want to help myself and others find their way through the mystery's of the syndrome.Recently I started my own house cleaning company. It has grown quickly, and is keeping me busy So I'm having to learn how to manage my time, and keep up with my writing. I'm looking forward to being part of the Street Articles family.

IBS A Personal Journey
IBS is a very common syndrome, but it usually takes a long time to diagnose, because the symptoms can mimic other diseases. Plus it is diagnosed by exclusion, ie. tests do not prove anything of a physical disorder. It's frustrating to the patient, and the doctor. I know I've been…
