Hello everyone, My name is Louis, but I go by Louie or Lou. I am a 35 year old former Marine who did 4 years active duty and 4 years in the reserves. While in the reserves I found a job at a manufacturing plant where I worked for about 10 years. After a few years of working at the manufacturing plant I decided I had enough of the military and was discharged. After busting my butt for 10 years at the manufacturing job, which I really did not like much. It seemed like as time would go by, you would have to just work harder and harder, and the pay would be the same. So I decided to try a change of scenery. I was able to land a couple other jobs but soon found they were no better and actually paid worse.

So a couple of years ago I decided to go off on my own and see if I can find a better way to make living for myself rather that being a slave to my employer. I do not recommend this method to anyone unless they have another stables source of income coming in. While I find myself more free and happy. It has pretty much wiped out all of my savings. It can be very nerve racking, but I am hoping some day this drastic action will pay off.
