My journey started in October 2012.  A life changing event - Anthony Robbins live.  At that moment I learnt that everything starts within.  At the event, I realised that I need to improve myself in order to go forward.  The biggest change I wanted was energy, which thanks to Stu Mittleman (and his book 'Slow Burn') got me running.  Since then, I have completed a Half Marathon and continue to run 12+ miles each week.  Whilst working on my running I started looking into nutrition, especially alkalising and whole foods. As I implemented these changes in my life, I was able to inspire others around me to do the same and it brings me great joy seeing them benefit and share their experiences with more people. I now have a clear vision for my life and want to empower others to find their goals. Because as the Cheshire Cat told Alice when asked which path she should take, it makes no difference which one she takes if she does not know where she wants to go. Set your goals and start your journey and hopefully our paths will cross at one point or another!
