Born in the Mediterranean island of Malta, emigrated with family to Australia in 1963 and have lived there since in the city of Melbourne. I have a background in Finance, Sales and Marketing in the Health industry, and have also traveled extensively around the globe. Have recently moved back to Malta with my lovely wife, Maree, for an extended period in semi-retirement mode to do more traveling and concentrate on developing a writing career. I have several passions in life, including travel, photography, music and reading. My main focus though is on my health and well-being. My background in the health industry has made me more aware of this and I am always conscious of what I eat and strive to maintain a healthy diet. Regular exercise is also very important and I enjoy my daily walks and workouts. I also meditate occasionally which helps to clear the head. Life can be good and my mission is to help spread this word in whichever way I can.
