Michelle is a qualified Counsellor, Psychotherapist, NLP Master Practitioner and Hypnotherapist.

She uses a range of techniques to ensure the best results for each individual client.

Michelle is also qualified in Childcare & Education and has an Advanced Diploma in Child Development. Having worked in childcare and family education for twenty years, she is very experienced in family and relationship issues.

Michelle's specialisation for Counselling is Trauma and Grief Therapy. Having worked through PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) herself after a car accident, she knows the effectiveness of the techniques she is trained in, and the importance of the correct application of them.

Michelle has a practice with consulting rooms in Plymouth and the Tamar Valley.

Michelle is also an Institute of Leadership and Management Level 5 qualified Coach and Mentor, and uses this skills for therapeutic coaching of adults in family, business and work-life.
