Recently leaving the workforce as a full time office manager from Oklahoma, I've started on a new adventure.

After my mobility was seriously affected due to an accident, I found myself unable to work. This accident set me on a new course of online work which is both fulfilling and fun. I was already doing some freelance writing with several assignments and two published magazine stories under my belt so moving forward was easy.

In addition to contract writing on a large variety of subjects, I recently started rewriting and redesigning WordPress sites.

My next major project is a new blog designed for helping disabled and retired workers find work from home opportunities and develop their own websites. Still Here and Useful covers everything from affiliate marketing to overcoming age and physical bias.

This Okie girl lives with her wonderful husband and what I like to call, our second round of kids; several lovable and entertaining cats. We have a small homestead where we raise our own vegetables and have a flock of chickens.
