My name is Nicholas Walker and I am the founder of 'secrets to six pack abs'.

Health and fitness has been my passion for many years now. As a child I was always overweight. Not obese by any means, but I certainly had a few extra pounds. As I grew up, I found that my weight issue had a negative impact on my confidence and self-esteem. Like many overweight people, I hated taking my top off in public, and didn't wear clothes that I wanted because I felt I was too overweight to look good in them.

In 2004 I began my studies in music at Huddersfield university in West Yorkshire. Well... its safe to say that in my first year, the student lifestyle (mainly consisting of fast food and beer) took further toll on my body as I gained more weight. It wasn't until I was in my second year of studies ( and some motivation from friends) that I decided to do something about it. My transformation began!

I hit the gym 5-6 days a week, cleaned up my diet, eased off on the beer, and took control.

well, by the time I was in my final year, I lost all the weight, got a six pack and muscular chest that many other men were envious off. I have never looked back since!

Now I don't say this to impress you, rather to impress upon you. No matter what shape you are in now, YOU CAN CHANGE! It it possible! Never give up! I hope my up coming articles here at street article.com can be of some help to you on your fitness journey.
