Hi Everyone, I am very happy to see that you are you are taking advantage of something that 95% of this world does not “Personal Development”. On a more personal note, over a year ago, my friend Greg and I were recommended a book that forever changed our lives. It didn’t give us any secret formula, get rich quick, or anything secrets to becoming great. It was a basic Anthony Robbins book that we both read around the same time and realized that in order to live an extraordinary life, one must always be thirsty for knowledge and never settle for mediocrity in any aspect of your life. I am 24 years old (Nick) living in Manhattan, New York which is a far stretch from where I was born and raised. I was raised in Syracuse New York and did what every high school youngster is herded into doing “College” I will be the first to admit that I am by far not the most book savvy, intelligent person, but as a collegiate athlete and growing up with sports all my life, my competitive drive, and my desire to financially succeed greatly outweighs my lack of more generic skills such as math, economics, writing (Cant you tell?), and other concrete knowledge. When I graduated from college with a sports management degree, I remember just wishing to get any job in my degree where I can earn 30,000 to 45,000 dollars a year. I would have been ecstatic and considered myself “made” if this happened. Not long after doing interviews at numerous marketing agencies, and professional sports teams here in the city, I was told by a friend that I should look into real estate. All commission?!?!? No salary?!? That seemed crazy but so did the money people were making too. After saving up just enough money to get me to New York, I dove into real estate with high expectations thinking without a doubt that I am going to make some serious cash. Well, long story short my first year was not so glamorous and I thought about quitting numerous times, questioned myself constantly, and regretted that I should have just played it safe and got a normal job. My first year I made 23,000.00 dollars living in Manhattan. For anyone who doesn’t know Manhattan all too well, almost anyone I speak to cannot believe that I was able to live off a salary equal to working at McDonalds.

Luckily for me, I knew that if I could just continue to pay the few bills I had and have money to eat that if I keep plugging away at this real estate I can achieve much better results. I had people in my office that were making more in one month than I made in 1 year and I told myself that I can certainly do it if they were and I basically picked the top producing agent in not only my office but out all three of our offices in the city to model after. Modeling is finding someone who just isn’t good at what they do, but the best at what they do and not only do the exact same things as them business wise, but also to become that person. I found someone that I became close with and it just so happened to be the top producing agent who was roughly 5 years older than me. He opened my eyes to personal development training and more specifically Anthony Robbins which was the first book I have ever read in self improvement. From that point on, I was thirsty for more knowledge on how to live an extraordinary life and in November 2010 I went to a live all weekend long Anthony Robbins seminar and it was one of the most incredible experiences of my life. Facts are, I went from making 23000 dollars a year in 2010 to making over 90,000 dollars in 2011! It’s changed my life, I feel in control, and I know with absolute certainty that I will do things I’ve never dreamt of achieving and my thirst for self help knowledge and helping others is a big part of my life.
