Hello! I'm nicole lacy. I'm 29 years young,and trying to get my niche in life. I just started writting part time and go to school full time. I have a five year old little boy who is my whole world.However he is the reason Ive learned so much about the diet crazy coaster. Well, truth be told school helped a little too. I'm currently a second year med student. I thought I would share what I think is useful information. Before I had my son, I weighed about 90 lbs. Due to a very complicated pregnancy I gained 100 lbs. This not only crippled my self esteam,but litterally destroyed my life.It ruined my relationships, socially and personally. After all you cant go from looking like Malibu barbie to ....well 100 lbs more than malibu barbie!And be ok with it mentally or physically?! I DONT THINK SO MAN.. I TRIED EVERYTHING TO GET GET THE WEIGHT OFF. iT WAS SO FRUSTRATING!!!Finally I am back down to a healthy weight of 120. I learned alot through my travels in the diet world. I'm a firm beleiver that when you feel good physically you feel good mentally.So I thought I would pass along some useful honest tid bits ,enjoy my writting hobbey and mabey make some cash along the way. I'm a very straight forward and honest person,sometimes to honest. My writting syle is is to the point. I realize as a med student I have information that others don't and I think everyone should know how to make themselves feel better. thanks for reading....xo
