Hi my name is Pat Tucker and I’d like to start out by telling you a little bit about myself and how I got started as a Holistic Health Coach. This will give you a little more insight into who I am and my background, and why I am the right person to help you reset your metabolism and lose weight.

Over the years, I have watched a lot of friends and family members around me suffer needlessly from reduced metabolism and increased weight as they aged. I pursued Holistic Health so that I would be able to prevent this in my own life through alternative therapies and not be dependent on the medical system. I studied Nutrition, Homeopathy, Reflexology, Swedish Massage, Herbalism, Reiki, Quantum Touch and Aromatherapy (essential oils) just to name a few things.

A lot of the things we are suffering from today are preventable with correct nutrition and supplementation. Disease a deficiency caused by the diet that we eat and the lifestyle that we live.

Our Medical System treats the symptoms and does not look at the underlying causes of our problems. We need to seek alternatives to taking medications, and to educate ourselves and take your health into your own hands and not always look for that quick fix.

I use my love of holistic health to offer recommendations and support to those concerned about boosting their metabolism as they integrate better food and supplementation choices for a better quality of life. I suggest different tips to help you incorporate food and snacks, vitamins, minerals, herbs, teas, essential oils, exercise and so much more.

I know that I can save you a lot of money and years of searching and trying different therapies and point you in the right direction for you to see results.
