Hi, I’m Rebecca Hayes, an avid animal lover. I’ve loved every type of animal since the day I was born and would gladly share my house with dogs, cats, pigs, horses, cows etc. if the city would allow me to!

Since the city and the public in general, don’t quite view animals in the same way I do, I instead, live with dogs and the occasional lizard that makes it inside the house. And in turn, I find many other ways to bring animals of every sort into my life, one way or another. Yes it probably was me you saw carrying the turtle to safety from the roadway, or gathering up the abandoned baby raccoons, or flipping over that silly beetle that got stuck on his back again, or stopping roadside to pet a cow, horse, llama or any other creature that I might have been able to access.

I love helping animals, as you can see. During my many years as a dog lover/owner, I’ve come to realize many things about dogs. Mainly each and every one is special and as different from each other as any person is, understanding these differences is the main goal to live in harmony with any pet! This of course, is the goal for any pet owner, loving your pet is easy, living with him or her can be a whole ‘nother story!
