Ricky's interest in personal development and self help began just 3 years ago! After a somewhat "mis-spent" youth he committed to change as he approached the age of 30.

Since then and now Ricky has not only intensely researched these topics for his own benefit with impressive results but has also gone onto enlighten others through various platforms online.

He runs several blogs dedicated to making his research and knowledge as widely available as possible. The last year or so has seen Ricky's area of interest and followers grow exponentially and continues to do so.

At the age of 28 he was heading no-where, angry, bitter and resentful due to a sour upbringing and allowing negativity to reign supreme. Within just 2 years (lots of commitment) he turned things around and now understands that we are where we are in life because we get ourselves there.
