I like to look at things from every angle possible. Possess a point of view uncluttered by premature opinion. Cultivate the ability to discern reality.

I do not want to jump to conclusions and, like throwing darts blind, hit or miss the bull's eye by accident. I want to go into things with my eyes open and hit the target on purpose. Take credit for my success. Take responsibility for my failures.

Perspective. Seeing things in context.

Political view … If pigs could vote, the man with the slop bucket would be elected swineherd every time.

Favorite quote … ”The best thing for being sad”, replied Merlin, beginning to puff and blow, “is to learn something. That is the only thing that never fails. You may grow old and trembling in your anatomies, you may lie awake at night listening to the disorder of your veins, you may miss your only love, you may see the world about you devastated by evil lunatics, or know your honour trampled in the sewers of baser minds.

“There is only one thing for it then – to learn.”

Before I go I would like to share some caveat emptors:

It is probably too good to be true if it sounds that way.

If you put all your eggs in the same basket it only takes one slip to break them all.

Don’t go under the knife without consulting a second butcher.

There are no reputations worthy of unquestionable trust.

If something seems magical it may make money, but not for you.

If you are about to be closed out if you don’t act now your chain is being yanked.

If the opportunity tweaks your prestige remember the Emperor’s new clothes.

If it has to be done in secret the whereabouts of your money may become another secret.

If they claim the opportunity is an act of God remember that fund transfers happen lightening fast.

I hope you find something here that helps you. I’d love to hear from you. Feel free to post your comments anytime.

The Great Impostor
So why would anyone pretend to be Benard Madoff? For Jay Berkman it is simply a matter of manipulating an optimized keyword, Bernie Madoff, who's infamy rests on perpetrating the world's largest ponzi scheme. Even though he is in prison thousands of searches are made on Madoff daily just to…

Prepare to search the haystack for a needle because felony employment opportunities are a scarce commodity. At the top of the google search results under this topic it says, "Felony jobs - $15-$98/Hour Jobs For Felons." Just three easy steps. This ad makes it sound like a felon hires out…

Felony Employment
Correctional facilities are actually prisons, and while rehabilitation poses a lofty description for real punishment, the prospect of employment for people with felonies occasions few high rises. While the reasons are many that jobs for felons are limited, employment with a felony record is an uphill battle for the individual.…

The imaginary money box
Victor Lustig sold a money box that produced $100 bills for over $30,000. Bernard Madoff played out his ponzi scheme to the tune of $65 billion dollars. Joseph Weil bilked out $8 million dollars. What did all three of these polite gentlemen have in common? Simple. They were con men.…

Deer And Starting Seeds
For outdoor gardeners there comes a time when the seeds started indoors must make their journey out of the house. It's an exciting time because if everything has been done correctly those sprouts will zoom in the sun into proud and mature plants. Yet outside the protection of the four…

Starting Weed Seeds
Weeds dancing in my garden makes my blood boil. For some people noisome nails across the chalkboard will do it, but seeing weed voodoo rituals in my garden irks me. It sets me in gear for an organized persecution of these desirable plant choking savages. I put all this time…

Imagine Yourself Starting Seeds Indoors
Can you imagine yourself starting seeds indoors? It's easy if you you try. John Lennon gave the word 'Imagine' a challenging context with a song using imagine as his title. While you may not usher in world peace or the brotherhood of man you may imagine a way to see…
