Scott is an accomplished public speaker and an expert in the fields of disability, personal finance, and helping people diversify their personal net worth. He holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees from the State University of New York at Albany, and was named a Finalist for the Presidential Management Fellows Program in Washington, DC. After spending a number of years in accounting and public policy, Scott had a re-occurrence of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder; something which he had struggled with since his teen years. Following a hospital stay, he reluctantly pursued Social Security Disability, and was approved after 18 months and multiple appeals. Wanting to "turn lemons into lemonade", he decided to become an advocate and coach for others. He has presented seminars in New York, Pennsylvania, and Texas. He is now an Enrolled Agent with the IRS, and a Non-Attorney Representative with the Social Security Administration. He has unlimited representation rights for taxpayers experiencing IRS issues or needing to file back taxes, as well as for Social Security Disability claimants applying, or who have been denied. He can represent you through the Hearing level.
