I am "owned" by 8 Persian cats and one rescued domestic long-haired cat, named Smudge. I also have other critters, including several "pasture ornaments" which are: 2 horses, 2 Alpine goats, 2 mini-donkeys, a male Peacock, several Guinea Hens, chickens, and 2 dogs.

I have been a cat owner since I was six years old. A little over 15 years ago, I got my first Persian cat which, eventually led to showing and then breeding them. My website has over 200 pages of information about cats and Persian cats. I have been writing a monthly newsletter for over two years and recently started a cat blog. I have a very understanding and patient husband, obviously. :-)
