Physical fitness is a facet of a way of life. I prefer to live my lifestyle as a fitness lifestyle, comprehensively being competitive and healthy in all aspects of fitness, including physical. I have learned a lot, and continue to learn even more, about fitness every day. I have always been active and strive to maintain a physically fit lifestyle, but my true spark came from injuring my back during 6 years of active duty in the army. Being accustomed to lifting heavy weights and being very athletic, it was a challenge to overcome the injury, and at the age of 27 I still live with osteoarthritis among other problems today.

Through education, research, and self experimentation, so to speak, I continue to find ways to achieve goals, stay active, and most of all remain physically and mentally fit despite any obstacles and absolutely thrive on sharing my learning experience with others who share my goal of living a more full and happy life. I have so much to learn from everyone, and hope you can learn from my experiences as well.
