The Law Of Attraction And Health – Change Your Thoughts And Improve Your Life

Could one be bringing on your own illnesses or attracting misfortune into your life, through the power of your own thoughts? If so, doesn’t it make sense, that you can then do the opposite to attract good health and good fortune in your own life? Yes, it does make sense and that is how it works.

Because, the law of attraction, responds to thoughts , you need to focus on creating positive thoughts with regards to your health. A healthy mind is an engaged mind. Find ways that you can engage your mind in positive endeavors.Get a hobby that you like or love. Do things that make you happy. Feelings of happiness is very important when one wants to work with the law of attraction. A healthy mind, will also focus more on the positive of things. Bob Proctor said that you need to see yourself in good health, to be able to attract good health.

If we look at the several tools of healing available to assist you in cultivating positive thoughts, we look at the following:

• Sound healing - play some music that makes you feel happy , when you realize you are having negative thoughts or that you are feeling a bit down.This always works for me.

• Aromatherapy - stimulate the senses.Happy thoughts about happy nice scents.

• Massage - get the blood circulation going.

• Breathing techniques to calm and ease the mind. More oxygen to the brain and clearing of clutter in your mind. Think happy thoughts.Visualize yourself feeling and being happy and healthy.

• Focusing of positive thoughts.Like attracts like.

People working deliberately with the law of attraction , with the goal to achieve better health , may gain an increased benefit for the above treatments , because of their optimistic thoughts.

So positive Karma and positive thoughts is a must. When you go to a doctor and he tells you that you have some sort of a disease then you could have thoughts of fear , helplessness , anger , frustration and other negative thoughts. Try to refrain from that. We discussed, that like attracts like and you do not want to attract more negative health. Focus on the positive. See yourself happy and healthy and you will be. Take your medicine and focus on the positive. The law of attraction in no way , replaces any medical required treatment , but will assist in improving your health.

I had the honor of meeting up with Bob Proctor and the inspirational values in his teachings of the law of attraction and all the E Books available is truly amazing and inspiring. To stay healthy you still need to eat healthy, get plenty of rest , quit unhealthy habits like smoking , follow you doctors health advice and take the prescribed medicine, have positive thoughts about your heath and focus on you being a healthy person.
