5 Habit Differences Between Acne Sufferers And People Without Acne
Join 1000's of Authors at StreetArticles Today!

Are you wondering about what differentiates acne sufferers and people who don’t have acne in their life? The main difference is about your habits and their habits. Yes, it’s as simple as that. Your habit doesn’t support clear skin, so you have bad skin with acne. On the contrary, their habit supports clear skin, so they don’t have acne on their face. For more details, here are 5 habit differences between acne sufferers and non-acne sufferers:

1. Dietary habit

Acne sufferers eat more junk foods and non-acne sufferers eat healthy foods. It doesn’t mean that non-acne sufferers don’t eat junk foods at all. They eat junk foods occasionally, but they always balance their diet with healthy foods. This is different from acne sufferers, who are usually only eating junk foods every day, without eating any healthy foods at all.

2. Stress habit

Acne sufferers tend to have a habit of thinking too much about their appearance, which will lead them to stress. Moreover, stress will lead their acne to become persistent and worse. People without acne don’t think much about their appearance, and thus they have less stress in their life. With a more relaxed mind, they can maintain a healthy skin.

3. Using acne treatment products

Most acne sufferers have a habit of using too many acne treatment products at the same time, which result in their own skin pollution. Most products contain dangerous chemical components which will make their acne worse. By using too many acne treatment products, they are torturing their own skin and triggering acne to appear even more. Most people without acne usually use only one natural treatment product for their skin or they don’t use any chemical product at all.

4. Drinking and other habits

Most acne sufferers don’t drink fruit juices often. They drink soft drinks, coffee, tea, and they usually forget to drink enough plain water every day. On the contrary, people without acne usually drink fruit juices often and they are drinking enough plain water in a day. Other habits that may worsen the skin condition of acne sufferers are smoking and drinking alcohol.

5. Sleeping habit

Acne sufferers usually have lack of sleep. They don’t sleep within the recommended sleep duration (about 8 hours per day). This lack of sleep, if combined with stress and unhealthy diet, can effectively make your acne worse within few days. Most people without acne have good sleep habit. They usually don’t overwork their body and sleep within the recommended sleep duration.

Those are 5 habit differences between people with acne and people without acne. Remember that your daily habit will affect your skin condition. So, if you want to cure your acne quickly, you should change your habit today.

@Montgomery The SMARTEST commenter I've ever know! You know everything. I'm surprised. Please go on with your talk. Indeed, this article is rubbish because I wrote it when I was drunk. That's why I need your SMART AND INTELLIGENT answer to explain it all. Seriously, again? I'm just sharing opinion BASED on real life experience (MY own experience, and it might not be related with your experience and your theory about acne, sorry). What's the problem with you, smart guy?

This is the worst online junk I've EVER read. Do you even know there are different types of acne caused by different things? Cystic acne can be related to an imbalance of the liver - which could be caused by an acidic diet (ahem, fruit juices) or spicy foods or too alkaline a diet (cheese anyone?) Blackheads are caused by too much sloughing of dead skin, too much oil production, and improper disposal of dead skin cells. Stress increases certain hormone production which can lead to acne, but seriously? It's because we think about what we look like? What an asinine and offensive comment. I could go on and on here. You might want to do some actual research before considering posting anything remotely factual again.

Not true at all ,because I do exact opposite what is in this article,I mean that I eat healthy food every time and sleep 8-10 hours at night Well, of course I do something or not do something if I still have acne on my skin. A thing that i' didn't do is that, from some time i was on a football team and i was very relaxed and full of energy after every training but about 2 years I didn't do nothing I've spent my time on my computer, very rare i was to play a football with my friends. the thing is that sports have something to do with it,when you run every day you eliminate toxin from your body and than is a good thing and of course need to drink water to maintain your skin hydrated and to eat healthy food for body to burn the consistence of food and to give you energy. And that's my idea why a big importance of sport have with the acne and maybe my english isn't so good but you get it anyway.wish you all a healthy skin
