Aloe Vera Gel Acne Scars

I Hate the word scars, it is a horrible name for what they are and the fact that they are permanent is a horrible feeling.

Scars mean damaged tissue form from surgery, bites and scratches, injuries either deliberate or accidental, burns, skin conditions such as acne and molluscum. Scars may seem different colours and this is because in the early stages red or purple color scars are result of damaged blood vessels and inflammation but eventually, It can take 6 months to a year to turn white.

Unfortunately Scars May Never Disappear

However here are ways of reducing and rejuvenate skin to rebuild whats lost and mask visible scars naturally and see results within 3-4 weeks using Aloe Vera.

Aloe Vera is already used for burns, infections and injuries because it is known for having healing properties and useful for rebuilding tissue whilst reducing inflammation on wounds. To date, Aloe Vera is still used by dermatologists, doctors and health experts for all sorts of problems.

The gel inside Aloe Vera leaves is 95% of the time used and this is what can help rebuild scars and rejuvenate skin from head to toes. Extracting Aloe Vera is easy when you know how, breaking of a leaf and you shall see for you self a clear "Goo". Rubbing this into scarred skin can dramatically reduce the appearance of scars and is good for your skin and acne in the process. Good news is Aloe Vera gel is used on acne scars too.

What Have You Got To Loose?

So whats inside this magical plant you maybe asking? The plant has many different things in it which help healing such as:

  • Vitamins
  • Fatty Acids
  • Minerals
  • Amino Acids
  • Salicylic Acid
  • Enzymes
  • Sugars
  • Hormones

Aloe Vera is used internally or externally, both with good results inside and out. One of the best ways to use aloe vera for scars is to either to extract the gel from a live plant or buy an aloe vera gel which has at least 90% aloe vera to use at home. Between the two the quickest option would be to buy however if you prefer doing it yourself you can then mix aloe vera up with other fruits or drinks for internal use. Did I forget to mention it has natural painkillers in it too?

So Why Use Aloe Vera

Firstly, it is a natural alternative to expensive treatments and has no side effects unless your allergic. The only cons about Aloe Vera are, frankly it tastes horrible raw, so that is why I suggest mixing with teas, salads and smoothies so enjoy the healing benefits without the taste. Yuck!

Now I am not saying just eat and drink it, massage it into your scars at least 6 times a week to see results sooner than later and you could be astonished by how much it reduces acne scars.

Hope this Helped!
