Back Acne Remedy – 3 Simple Tips Even A Child Could Follow

There are many different kinds of ways to treat the acne on your back, but I've found a back acne remedy, or a few, that have helped make my skin much clearer. I would like to share a couple with you today, how they work, and how you can use them for your own acne.

First, drink plenty of green tea. As a drink, green tea does a great job of cleaning out your body of any harmful toxins that may lead to breakouts of back acne in the future. Not to mention it tastes great. If you use green tea, make sure it is caffeine free. Also, try not to add any sugar to it as that would defeat the purpose of drinking the green tea, instead add honey as it has natural sugars in it that are good for the body.

Green tea can also be used as a topical treatment for the skin. After you've drank all the green tea, take the “tea bag” and gently apply it to the skin affected by pimples. This will help smooth the skin, lower the redness and help your body rid the pimples faster.

Second, use an oatmeal mask for your back acne. This will help absorb all the dead skin on the surface, leaving your skin smooth, soft, and glowing. The mask will also prevent future breakouts on the skin.

Making a oatmeal mask is pretty easy. Combine a three-quarter of a cup of oatmeal with half a cup of water and heat as though you were going to eat it. After its cooled down, apply to the skin and let the mask sit for about 10 minutes, then gently remove. While its really simple to make and use, this is a very effective back acne remedy.

Third, I've personally had great success with apple cider vinegar. I use it as a topical treatment, along with using it as an oral treatment for my acne. This treatment is by far one of the better ones to thoroughly treat your acne as it works on the outside and from the inside. Drinking the apple cider vinegar cleans out your body of all the toxins and other harmful ailments that prove harmful and cause breakouts (a lot like green tea does, just better).

Every morning and evening, I drink 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar with eight ounces of water to dilute the bad taste of the vinegar. At first, this is a hard thing to drink as it has a remarkably bad taste to it, but that will pass as you get use to it (and you will). Also, after I've used any other acne cleansers on my skin, I use it as a toner. Mixing it with water at a 50/50 ratio, I apply the mix to my skin and allow it to sit for about 5 minutes then rinse. The smell will quickly subside, and the results are well worth the smell of it.

I've been using these simple ideas as a back acne remedy to cure the acne on my back for the last 6 months, and I'm happy to say that after the first couple weeks of usage I was just completely clear of my acne. This coming from a guy who had moderate to severe back acne for years.
