Best Way To Get Rid Of Back Acne – The Three Step Acne Attack!

I remember when I had back acne, going out and buying as many different products as I possibly could, hoping that one of them would finally cure the acne that plagued my back.

I realized, after a lot of trial and error, that the best way to get rid of back acne is actually a specific mix of a couple well known acne cleansers. Used separately, these acne medicines are moderately effective, together they might just prove to be exactly what you need.

The three different acne cleansers that I have found to be most effective when combined, are Salicylic acid, Glycolic acid, and Benzoyl peroxide. A very powerful trio.

Salicylic acid – is mainly used to help loosen and break away the dead cells on the skins surface. This helps prevent dead skin cells from mixing with the oil on our skin, drying and blocking our pores, eventually causing those nasty pimples. This is really good for stopping future breakouts.

Glycolic acid – similar to salicylic acid, this helps clear away dead cells from the skin, but it also helps generate new skin growth helping the skin heal faster and the acne lessen quicker. This cleanser has been known to work as a anti-aging agent and can help you finally get back that healthy, glowing skin you can show off.

Benzoyl peroxide (BP) – this is by far the most popular of the three when it comes to acne treatments but without the first two, Benzoyl peroxide is not nearly as effective as it can be. After the first two cleaning agents go in and do their work, BP is used to go deep down into the pores and clean away the bacteria. This helps lessen the swelling and kills the pimple.

How I use these three cleansers is to split them up, one part in the morning and the second when I'm getting ready for bed in the evening. This helps me not dry out my skin (which is a big no no when trying to get rid of back acne)

I take my cleanser with Salicylic Acid in it, and either using my fingers or a gentle scrubber, spread over the affected areas. Its been such a long time since I've had acne on my back though, so I just lightly cover my entire back to prevent future breakouts. Let the medicine do its work for a couple minutes, then rinse off.

In the evening, I use the Glycolic acid (the same way as before), spread over where you might have acne, gently, then rinse off after a couple minutes. Next do the same exact thing for the BP, but this time use cold water to rinse off. The cold water will help close and tighten up the pores, making the pimple less red and smaller.

I do all of this while taking a shower, its easier and not as messy this way.

This is the best way to get rid of back acne, I've been using this method for awhile now and I've noticed that I hardly ever get a new pimple, and if I do, its small and gone in no time.
