I've used just about every product for acne that can be found on the market, and I'm sure you have too. And with all the products I tried, I either had some results then disappointment, or no results at all. So, if your wondering just how do I get rid of back acne then? I have some tips that you can start using right now.
Eat the right foods. You might have already heard this before, but consider this. We know that acne is caused by an imbalance of hormones in our bodies that increases our natural oil production. And your probably also aware that most foods now a days are pumped up with hormones to make them tastier, bigger and grow faster. This is not good for your acne.
Here's what I did to clear up my back acne. I began to eat more organic foods, things that are grown naturally without all the extra hormones. I cut back on the meats, and made fish my main meat source. Its amazing how much hormones are given to things like cows and chickens to make them grow faster and bigger, or so cows can produce more milk.
I also started drinking a whole lot more water instead of sodas and milk. If you need milk (for cereal and whatnot) try going for soy milk or almond milk. It doesn't have to taste bad, look for the better brands and you wont miss out on the taste at all.
Foods with anti-oxidants also helped me a lot when fighting against acne. There are a lot of foods with anti-oxidants in them, but the one's I ate the most are apples and grapes. They make for great snacks and they help clean out the system of toxins and all those unneeded extra hormones in the body that will eventually lead to future breakouts.
Apply baking soda. Cheap and effect at fighting against acne, use some baking soda while taking a shower on the acne affected areas. I found that this simple kitchen product works almost as well as most acne treatments that you can buy at the store. Rub on gently with either your fingers or your shower scrubber, leave on for a couple minutes then rinse off. Do this in the morning, and at night. This is a very good way to get rid of back acne if you don't want to use another harmful treatment on your skin.
Exercise for your skin. I never realized how much exercising actually does for improving the look and feel of your skin. To give you an idea of how effective simply working out can be for your complexion, it helps flush out the toxins in your body through sweating, increases the blood flow to your skin, renews skin cells, and reduces the stress hormones in the body. That's pretty darn awesome.
I noticed that running was the best form of exercise that took care of acne for me. I think its because I would sweat so much. In this case, sweating is not a bad thing, as long as when your done you clean up with a nice shower. Try going running for at least 20 minutes and get a good sweat going.
These all sound pretty simple, but if you use them correctly, they will prove to be a great way to get rid of back acne and you'll start seeing results before you know it. Be patient, work hard and a beautiful, clear back will be yours. Good luck!
