It's also important that you try as hard as you can to improve your lifestyle. Acne is a lot easier to deal with if it isn't there in the first place, and there are several things you can try that will help that. Drinking plenty of water (or green tea) every day will help to flush the body and improve the skin. Get as much fiber in you as possible - psyllium husk is a good supplement - and stock up on the fruits and vegetables. Reduce stress, perhaps practice meditation if you get into it, and not only will you feel healthier and more alive, but your skin will improve! And who honestly doesn't want to get healthier?
