There are a lot of ways on how to get rid of back acne fast at home, but there are few that actually work for people. And while there are hundreds of products you could waste your money on, I would like to offer three simple, inexpensive, tips that you can use to get rid of your back acne fast.
First, when taking a shower, make sure that the water is warm. Not hot, or cold, but warm. Too much hot water is actually damaging to the skin and will cause it to dry out and become flaky. You don't want your skin to become dry because the dry peeling skin will mix with the natural oils on your skins surface creating more acne. Dry skin = more acne. Taking cold showers will generally close up the pores, not allowing any treatment that your trying to apply go deep down and do its job.
Also, you want to ensure that you don't take showers to often. The skin is a fragile thing, and its easy to dry it out and damage it. Try to limit your showers to two a day, three only if absolutely necessary. Some skin reacts different, so listen to your body.
Stay away from soaps that cause your skin to become tight and dry. These are usually the ones that have really strong smell, but not always. Using a soap that moisturizes the skin is highly recommended.
Second, use witch hazel over the acne effected areas. Like its name implies, the effects of this simple cleanser are quite magical. Its main use is to help reduce swelling in many different situations. While I don't think it was ever intended to help with back acne, when applied to the skin, helps reduce the swelling and redness that is so uncomfortable to look at when it comes to acne.
If you can find witch hazel with aloe vera (unscented), the better. Apply to affected area, with your hand preferably, two to three times a day. You can do this right after you take a shower, or go to sleep. After applying, leave it on. This is not something you have to rinse off, and I've never had any experience with this bleaching my clothes or anything of the like. This is a very cheap and effect way to get rid of back acne.
Third, get plenty of exercise. Your probably scratching your head wondering how exercising will help with your acne, especially since a lot of people talk about sweating because bad for acne.
When you exercise, your allowing an increased circulation of blood throughout your body. This helps essential nutrients, and more of them, make it to your skin. Your skin is your biggest organ, and because of this needs the nutrients to stay healthy.
Exercising also helps control the huge overload of hormones that contribute to your acne problem. Stress is also reduced when you workout, decreasing the likelihood that your going to get a breakout due to stress.
So, what are you waiting for? Get out of your house and stay active. Doesn't have to be something boring. Pick up a sport with friends, go for a run, or grab a bike and ride. The important thing is to stay active and healthy. Simply working out can prove to be a very cost effect back acne treatment, and provides numerous benefits.
