OK - how do you remove acne scars in one day? Unfortunately that's a little bit like dropping 10 pounds in a day - it's not really going to happen as much as you'd like it to. The skin takes a minimum of thirty days to regenerate itself, and reducing scars may take longer. So, the only thing that will reduce the appearance of your scarring in a day is a few "cheats".
Ice. Applying ice to the skin has proven itself to be fairly effective. What ice does is tighten the skin and help tone it. It's not an effective long term fix, but it does produce some fairly good effects in a short space of time, so you can apply some ice to the scars, before you go out for example.
Moisturizer. Simply massaging some high quality natural moisturizer into the skin can have a huge impact on the tone of the the skin. Forget about the scars for a moment, it's always been my experience that they look quite a bit different when the rest of the skin is looking smooth and great. Jojoba oil is an effective moisturizer, or ask at a pharmacist for one that will suit your skin tone. Moisturization should be an integral part of your skin care regime in any case, so don't think that you should skip it!
Makeup. The biggest cheat of them all, but the one you will need to resort to if you really want to hide your scars for a day. Try to use as little makeup as possible, get something that will tone your skin nicely. Ask a beautician if you need to - they will usually be able to get you something that works nicely for you. The only thing is at the end of the day you will need to wash it off well. Do not leave any makeup on your skin overnight, this is very bad for you! It clogs the pores and can even lead to further acne outbreaks.
The only other advice I have is to stop worrying! Yeah, I know, it's easier said then done, I should know that of all people. But if you want to remove your acne scars in a day then I'm guessing there's a fairly important thing coming up (or you just like instant fixes) and you want to hide them. Well, you can apply all the ice, moisturizer and makeup you like but that's only a surface fix. If you can learn to let your emotional reaction go to them you'll probably enjoy your appearance a lot more then perhaps you do now. It's just a thought - and most people will take years sorting out their attitudes out to their skin. It's a highly worthwhile thing to try though.
Like I said above, it's unlikely you can fade your scars in a day. While some people have had marvelous results with various treatments in short spaces of time, the simple fact is that it takes time. I'm sorry to tell you that, I wish there was a quick fix. But there isn't, and you're far better off creating a regime, sticking to it, and enjoying your life.
