A general debated question by physicians and medical practitioners is, “Is Acne Curable?” The debate is that many physicians will tell you that while acne is not curable it can be controlled but this simply is not the case…
As with any skin ailment (a lot of which are in fact curable, acne being one of them) there will always be more research done on how to control these ailments rather than discover cures for the disgusting fact that selling products will keep companies who sell these products in business.
Many acne treatments work to treat symptoms and keep them at bay but never get to the source of what causes acne making it next to impossible to get rid of having the occasional flare up. In order to stop the consumption of taking acne medications to lessen these breakouts make sure you are treating the root cause of your breakouts and not just the breakouts themselves.
Acne is curable by getting to the root of the problem, all pun intended. By reducing what is called sebum production, being able to naturally slough off dead skin cells from the surface, and kill bacteria from the inside out you can begin to live acne free.
By maintaining a simple routine to promote these root causing killers you can expect acne not to return. Acne in even the most severe cases can be curable by addressing these issues. Getting rid of acne is not an overnight process though.
One must accept that it may take weeks and even months of sticking to simple tricks (that aren’t really tricks at all) in order to repair the damaged layers of skin and keep acne from return. Masking acne with topiclas and medications are not the answer to what causes acne; they only treat what has already come about.
Fact is that acne is curable by not only a few simple home acne remedies available, but namely by maintaining the causes from the inside out by things like natural foods you can eat to rid acne toxins in the body and working out.
The problem not only with over the counter topicals but also prescription medications is that while acne is curable, these types of treatment have to be kept in use for them to keep symptoms at a minimal at best. Many of these approaches are hit or miss at best too.
Home acne remedies are a viable acne cure by solving this problem from the inside out, treating the root causes of acne and not just acne itself. In order to stay acne free all you have to do are use these simple techniques everyday, which can be a lot easier than remembering to take a pill or use some cream three times a day.
I enjoyed reading this article about acne because it is so true. Acne is curable and it's a vitamin deficiency as shown in Orthomolecular Medicine and you can read about it in the Journal of Orthomolecular Medicine online...The archive articles of research are free to read..Thank you for writing such a great article of truth. Finally people will begin to learn that acne is curable instead of what all these dermatologists tell them to keep them as clients forever.
I am almosr thirty and I am still fighting acne. The only time I managed to get rid of it, was when I had a very healthy diet, which did not include junk food and commercially produced sweets. The moment I started eating chips the nasty pimples decorated my face again!
