How to Make Your Vacation to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia A Memorable One !

Howdy !

Read on .....if you are planning a vacation to sunny Kuala Lumpur and Malaysia, my home ......and if you're not, give me a minute to convince you why you should make Malaysia your next travel destination in the Far East.

First of all .....it is sunny all year round...over here ......yup ....the sun is your friend every day .....so that you can go outside and indulge in your favourite outdoor hobbies and activities .....EVERY DAY of the year ....

Of course, it does rains sometimes .....mostly in the afternoons ...and what it does is to keep the weather cool and make it not so tiring for a nice walk to the park, go sight-seeing or lazy around the numerous beaches around the country.

BUT .....today I want to talk about Kuala Lumpur, my home ......this place where I grew up and love to this day. I hope if you decide to come to Malaysia.. that you will make Kuala Lumpur the first stop or the start of your travel adventure to Malaysia.

Let me tell you a bit of Kuala Lumpur .....

Kuala Lumpur, being the capital of Malaysia is a super and fun city ! It has almost everything and is close to perfection ...it is here that one can enjoy the full diversities of the Malay, Chinese and Indian culture, food and experiences ....to the fullest ! There are the heritage buildings from the colonial days of the British Empire in Kuala Lumpur that you want to see, Indian, Chinese, Malay places of worship that are heritage landmarks, modern shopping malls, great nightlife and clubbing scenes, wonderful hotels .....a city that never sleeps ......I can guarantee that you will love all of it !

From here, if you want to dig deeper into the Malaysian culture and sights, you can try the other states like Penang, Malacca, Trengganu, Sabah and Sarawak. These places will show you the deeper cultural and natural sights ... that is the reason why Malaysia is one of the top tourist destination in Asia .....will leave a long lasting pleasant impression on you that make you want to come back again and again.

Some fun activities ....white water rafting, jungle trekking, mountain climbing, snorkeling ......they can be found in many places of interest all over Malaysia....and its' the best kept secrets about the country.

The local food is also wonderful .....tasty and inexpensive .....go try the capati, roti canai, curries, yong tau foo, nasi lemak and satay......they are so delicious and unique Malaysian dishes ! Nothing beats the food I say about Malaysia and Kuala Lumpur !

The infrastructures around Malaysia ....airports, roads, railway, telecommunications, internet access, water, electricity supplies are superb .....as the government have spent billions to enable the citizens to enjoy first-class facilities and make it a model country for the world to see.

The best proof of all this is .......the vast numbers of foreign citizens living and working in Kuala Lumpur and Malaysia ....and the millions of tourists coming all thoroughout the year ....that shows that the country is really something special and worth seeing !

Kuala Lumpur and Malaysia is also safe .....crime is low ...and it is much safer than other Asian countries by far .......as we really value tourists to come to our land and see this lovely country.

Kuala Lampur sounds like a lot of fun, Eugene! I love Indian and Chinese food but I have never tried any Malaysian dishes, yet. It would be a trip of a lifetime to go to Malaysia to experience all three cultures. Great article!
