In any how rotation diet benefits allergy? Allergy is an inappropriate response in an immune system to a normally harmless substance. It can also affect any of the body's tissues. a person can easily get allergy if your immune system is weak. But what is a rotation diet...it mean to consume different kind of food everyday. For some people who have an allergic reaction to some kind of food that they just ate will only noticed after several hours because the food allergies most of the time develop gradually. It is best to identify the food that trigger your allergy so stay away from these allergenic food for a few months.After then you can start to eat the food without any adverse reaction to your body, as long as you keep the rotation diet. Eating in a rotating diet is that each kind of food needed to be eaten one time only . You must wait three to four days before eating the same food you had ate last four days ago. Like for example if you choose to eat fish today, you may not like to eat it all over again the next day . . In rotating the foods in this way will not make you will feel good and satisfied... it will also help you lose weight.
But before you begin the rotation diet, you will be better to do fasting to cleanse your system of some trigger food and get rid of all the toxins to your body. Drinking one glass of warm distilled water with a juice of lemon first thing in the morning will also help you wash away the toxins.. And after two days of fasting, eat only the foods that are allowed for you to take for the next two weeks which includes;
*Any fresh fruits (except oranges) of your choice.
*Any fresh unsweetened fruit and vegetables juices of your choice.
*Baked or broiled chicken or turkey.
*Broiled, boiled, steamed or baked fish.
* Choose any kind of herbal teas.
*Choose skim milk.
*Drink plenty of distilled or mineral water.
*Prefer to eat brown rice.
*Prefer to eat whole grain like oat bran cereal
*Raw, steamed, or broiled fresh vegetables.
Today...there are so many variable of fruits and veggies which are available in many supermarket and a fish to choose in different kinds. After two weeks on these cleansing diet, you may now start eating a greater amount of food you might like but on a rotating manner, eating each different kinds of food on not more than four days.Once you followed the rotation diet,...you will start feeling an increase in your energy level in a week or less. Allergy gone!
