Many people have food allergies and many people don't know it but it's killing them.
Food allergies are becoming more and more prevalent in today's world. Nearly everywhere you look you can see signs in windows at bakeries, pizzerias, and any other kind of restaurant offering gluten free crusts, or lactose free shakes or some other similarity. Our world is full of people who are slowly dying, and they don't even know it. Some of them have been told that they have irritable bowel syndrome, ulcers, acid reflux or celiac, others are told that they have depression or that all of their problems only exist in their head; but they all have two things in common: they all have food allergies, and it's slowly killing them.
In reality, it's sad to walk the streets and know that many of the people you see taking advantage of the gluten free pizza crust are dying, victims of their own bodies. That's right, the big killer is their own bodies. Truly this is a tragedy, but where the real tragedy lies is in the fact that every single one of them can be healed, and they don't even know it.
Yes, it's true, there is a cure for food allergies! But to understand the answer to our problem, we need to greater understand the problem, and we'll start by defining the nature of said problem. Are the people who have food allergies only ailed by that one issue? It often starts that way, and their lives would be easier if it stayed that way, but no, most often those who have food allergies also have a plethora of other problems such as ulcers, migraines, brain fog, gall bladder pains, asthma, arthritis, acid reflux, abdominal pain, irregular bowels, hives, fatigue, depression and anxiety among many others, regrettably.
Truly it seems that fate has chosen some people as favored punching bags.
You're about to learn something that most doctors don't know, so pay attention. The multitudes of sicknesses, illnesses and diseases that plague these people's existence aren't what they seem to be. A doctor would tell you that they are individual problems, each and every one of them. But that just is not true. These oceans of sicknesses all stem from one "master problem" if you will. That's right, instead of existing independently of one another, as individual entities, these problems are simply symptoms of one larger problem called Leaky Gut Syndrome. The name doesn't exactly strike fear into your heart, but once you understand the origins of leaky gut syndrome, and how it causes food allergies and irritable bowel syndrome, celiac, ulcers, and acid reflux, to name but a few, you will realize that leaky gut syndrome is the perfect name, and exactly what we're dealing with.
Leaky gut is what we call the effect of semi-permeable intestine walls. The walls that line your intestines can sometimes (if prodded) become semi-permeable, which means that specific molecules can pass through the once solid membrane, uncontested. From there it proceeds to the blood stream where it is recognized by blood cells and antibodies as a foreign entity and attacked until it is completely gone, flushed from the system. Knowing that such movements of the blood equate violent sickness, pains and bowel irregularity, you understand the nature of the syndrome. The above mentioned molecule, is more often than not a specific kind of food, generally the type that you consume the most often. This is a food allergy, at its finest. The bad news is that all sorts of foods are liable to fall into your blood stream, and the more you eat, the more food allergies you will get, so unless something is done to stop it, it will only get worse until there is nothing that you aren't allergic to.
When this takes effect, the immune system is lowered dramatically, resulting in many of the above mentioned illnesses. Leaky gut affects many parts of the body in many different ways. Not everybody gets leaky gut the same. Some people have it mildly and have only headaches, or depression to show for it, while others are on the brink of death.
Now that you know the real issue at hand, and the nature of the issue, it's time you understand how to counter the mal-effects of Leaky Gut Syndrome. The biggest problem that stems from leaky gut is food allergies, so in a way, the food allergy cure is the same as the leaky gut cure, so if you heal one, you heal the other. It's like hitting two birds with one stone.
Now, to the meat of the article, let's get down to the nitty gritty. How does one truly heal leaky gut, and rid oneself of food allergies? Some would tell you to remove your gall bladder, others would tell you to take more pills. The answer is simple really, it's nothing more than an extremely specific detoxification diet, tailored to your needs and personalized to your body. Said diet places your body in the most ideal environment for healing that leaky gut.
I have personally witnessed the effects of Leaky gut and all of it's debilitating side effects, and I have watched them slip away from my dearest friend as she embarked on the journey to heal herself of her leaky gut. The effects began to leave her, some first, and others later, but eventually they all left leaving a healthy human in its place. When she finished the diet, the affects did not return, even when she returned completely to normal foods her health remained intact, and she remains healthy, even to this day.
Dear reader, I promise you there is a food allergy cure. There is a way to be healed of leaky gut, even though doctors will tell you that your case is hopeless. If you're still reading this article, I'm assuming it's because you or some one you love has, or could have, food allergies, and therefore Leaky Gut. I'm telling you now that there is hope, and you will find it in this article.
I hope you have enjoyed this article, and I hope that it has helped you, or someone you love. If you have food allergies or any of the other symptoms listed, and you believe you may have Leaky Gut, then I hope you pursue it until you are healed, happy and healthy again.
My best regards,
Trevor
