Have you ever experienced a panic attack? people have described it as feeling like you have to escape to the point of violence. Your skin is crawling, you can not breathe, you feel like you are having a heart attack, and more. There are many treatments for this problem, and I want to concentrate on treating panic attacks naturally.
What Are They?
Panic attacks are just that, attacks of panic, and they feel like your whole world is falling in on you. They can be quite horrible, and there are many reasons for them. The biggest thing to remember if you have just experienced your first attack and are worried about having another is you will be alright! You are not going to die, and the attack will pass.you will feel it coming on and at that point you can have a friend talk you through it, and at the onset take deep breaths and calm yourself down.Walk it off and know it WILL pass. Many times this will offset the severity of the attack or stop it completely.

Excellent advice Shawn. Panic attacks can be triggered by all sorts of things and at the time it does almost feel like you're going to die. Long term low level stress can be one trigger, it happened to me twice when I was living in a particular location I found claustrophobic. As soon as I moved away they stopped.
