Annette Larkins Secret to the Fountain Of Youth

You might think that applying a bunch of makeup on, getting surgery or botox is the key to looking young, but I'm here to tell you that your sadly mistaken. They're only temporary. You will eventually have to go back, to fix the problem once again. Why not find something that's going to benefit your health, lifestyle, and have you looking young permanently like Annette Larkins did ?

Annette Larkins is a 70 year old women, who looks like she's 40 years old. yes, 40! Who wouldn't want to look 40 at 70? I know I would love to. Mrs. Larkins has found the secret to the fountain of youth; to looking and feeling young. The secret is her raw vegan diet which she's been consuming for 27 yrs now. She only eats organic fruits and vegetables(which is healthier for you anyway) that she grows in her own garden, as well as nuts and seeds. She never eats anything cooked, and she drinks rain water that she collects. Is there something in rain water that we truely don't know about? I guess so.

Mrs. Larkins hasn't always been a vegan. In fact, she use to eat meat on a regular, but decided one day to change her eating habits. Not only did it change her looks, but it changed her lifestyle in a better way and by the looks of things, there's no turning back. Her husband whose 54, has high blood pressure and diabetes. He wishes he would have changed his eating habits when she did. Now his wife looks like she could be his daughter. They always said, if you want to feel great, and look great physically, you have to start from the inside out. Looking at Annette Larkins, this is true.

Reading this article has inspired me to change the way I eat. I'm not at the raw vegan diet stage just yet, but I have cut out a lot of greasy foods and I don't eat red meat, dairy products and sugars, I only eat green vegetables and organic fruits, I baked everything. Some of my friends think I'm really crazy but all I tell them is "check me out years from now, and tell me how crazy, I was for changing my eating habits". Now that Annette Larkins secret to the fountain of youth is out now, I think everyone should at least try to change the way they eat and live their lives, if you want to look and feel younger. Look at Annette. If she's not motivation enough, I don't know what is. Living a healthy life wins with me!
