Face Muscle Exercises - Three Step Wrinkle Release Technique

The job of face muscle exercises is to improve muscle tone in the face and neck, tighten and lift sagging skin and eliminate wrinkles. You can also use face firming exercises to improve blood circulation, oxygen flow and increase collagen production, which will get help get rid of toxins and dead cells for a much better complexion and more youthful look. However, there is another secret weapon that you can use to eliminate deep wrinkles in the skin, known as the three step wrinkle release technique.

In general, facial exercises can be used to get rid of fine lines and deep wrinkles on the face and neck. Whether wrinkles show up on your forehead, around your eyes or mouth, or anywhere else on your face, facial exercises can help.

You can also use them to revive the skin for a more rested look. The eye exercises can give you a more peppy appearance and get rid of those heavy hoods that used to be your eyelids. Performing face lift exercises can help lessen puffiness and dark circle or bags under the eyes because the surrounding lymph nodes in this area are stimulated, which will then help get rid of the accumulation of toxins and old cells.

You can tighten up the jawline and get rid of a double chin or jowling. You can diminish the smile lines and lines which run from the nose to your mouth.

What about getting rid of the deep wrinkles which seem to have been around forever? Is there any way to lessen the deepness of these lines and stop or reverse them before they get worse?

If you have deep-set wrinkles, you can actually "release" them by “detacking” them. Once the deep wrinkles are not adhered so deeply to the underlying skin, it gives the muscles and tissues a chance to regrow and rebuild. In the meantime, you can work on the outer skin to get rid of the wrinkle in the area.

In addition to all the good facial exercises can do for your skin and wrinkles, there is another technique, know as the wrinkle release technique, that acts almost like an eraser that diminishes even the deepest of wrinkles.

The technique consists of a specific series of movements performed on the wrinkle itself. It is most effective when used in conjunction with a face firming exercise routine. If you have seen before and after pictures of actual users of face lift exercises, you will notice how dramatic the results can really be.

If you don't use your muscles, they begin to lose their form and shape. Think of your body and how, due to lack of exercise, it can become flabby and weight starts to creep on. Before you know it, you are out of shape. The same can happen with the muscles in your face and neck.

What exactly is the wrinkle release technique? It is a series of movements that is laser focused on a deep wrinkle that you would like to see go away. Wrinkle releasing goes something like this:

  1. Identify the wrinkle to be released and detack from the skin
  2. Release or erase the wrinkle by performing a series of specific movements
  3. Is performed on forehead wrinkles only

The thing to remember is that some exercises require that the skin be taut (or contracted), while other times an exercise requires the face to be relaxed. It is important to perform the technique correctly as you can do more damage than good to your skin if you're not sure how to do it, and never rub or tug on dry skin.

Face firming exercises can do wonders for your skin. If your skin looks refreshed and youthful, you just feel better about yourself overall.

You need to perform the exercises 3-5 days per week and within about 2-4 weeks; you will begin to notice a difference. The longer you do the exercises, the more noticeable and effective the results. Be sure to rest the face and neck for at least 2 days per week so as not to pull, strain or otherwise damage the muscles and skin. There are other targeted exercises just for those areas you struggle with the most.
