Green tea is a great antioxidant and easy to incorporate into your daily routine.

Skincare
It is important to keep your skin clean by washing and moisturizing each morning and night. A good exfoliating scrub once or twice a week will slough off the top layer of skin to reveal a healthy-looking and glowing complexion.

Indulge yourself in a facial mask once a week. I like to put chilled cucumber slices over my eyelids because it tightens up the skin around the eyes and is so relaxing while I lie back for 20 minutes and let the mask do its work.
