Sources of stressors are everywhere, and we are faced everyday with it. Bettling stress and seeking to live as happy and peaceful individuals is a constant struggle for many people. In our age of constant connectedness through the internet, cell phones, in our age of bustling, 21st century workaholic America, find peace of mind and reducing stress can be very difficult.

However, there are several effective and practical ways to reduce stress and become a happier person. Here are just a few -

1 ) Exercise! This is a fantastic way to reduce stress, so if you have can at all afford the time to do so, do it. I would say the simplest and most effective way to reduce stress through exercise is to go running, or any other such cardio workout. Getting exercise such as this makes you stronger, more fit, while cleaning out a lot of the junk that builds up in your body through living a sedentary lifestyle. Cleaning out the junk in your body while becoming a more fit, healthy person goes leaps and bounds for reducing stress. It makes you feel more competent and able. This is a fanstastic way to reduce stress, and I would recommend it for anyone, stressed out or not.

2 ) Realize what you can control and what you cannot. Setting yourself up for thinking that you can influence or change something that you cannot is a very easy way to get yourself stressed out, so don't do it. No human is all powerfull, so we shouldn't act like we are. Dedicating yourself fully to your work, family, and hobbies is wonderful, and that is something that we should do. However, realizing what you cannot control while controlling what you can is the kind of balance that is key for someone to live a peaceful, happy life.

3 ) Relax and enjoy good company. A great way to put things into perspective is to spend time with those you love. Stresses in your life can seem less important or even silly when you live life to the fullest and are happy in the company of your friends and family. To live a full, healthy existence, we must appreciate the things that really matter. While the things in our lives that cause stress should be dealt with, not ignored, often times the source of stress is more ourselves worrying about it than the thing itself. Thus, taking our mind off the problem by relaxing and enjoying the good company of friends can be all we need to lead a healthy, happy, and peaceful life.

Thanks for reading once again guys, and I hope my humble contributions have helped you in some way .
