Do you find that anxiety controls a major part of your life? Has stress and anxiety resulted in physical symptoms such as headaches, high blood pressure or maybe more serious ailments? And sometimes I get the best answers to a problem as I’m just about to fall asleep. Why is that? It’s because answers can come to you easier when you are relaxed and not all tied up in knots.
