Stress and anxiety – two words that have no place in our lives, yet so many of us do. I, too, have suffered the effects of these two emotions and the implication that it had on the quality of my life …
My research has taken me down different paths and I have discovered how closely connected that illness and stress have on our bodies. Stress can create somethiing as simple as a common cold to other possibly life threatening conditions such as heart palpitations, heart disease and even cancer. Louise Hay, a great source of knowledge – expressed her beliefs in her book ‘You can heal your life’ that all unexpressed emotion will lead to the onset of illness.
There is so much scientific evidence today to back up these findings and stress has been labelled the ‘Silent Killer’. It silently eats away at us, all that we believe flys out the window, logic disappears and we are consumed with doubtful and negative thoughts. I know this as I lived this for many years.
However to the wonderful people I met and the fantastic books I have read from noted authors such as Wayne Dwyer, Louise Hay, Deepak Chopra – who helped me understand that stress and anxiety will actually manifest the fears that I was focusing on. My quest for solutions led me to natural healing techniques which included Reiki, Meditation and the wonders of Music Therapy.
This is where I discovered The Soothing Stress Relief Sounds Course...
I am delighted to share how much relief I gained when I started to listen and empower myself with the wisdom from the developers of this amazing product.
This course contains such a variety of resources all produced with the aim of reducing your stress and anxiety levels. The course contains e-books and audio MP3 files, which have the latest brainwave entrainment technology embedded. I am such a fan now of binaural beats and isochronic tones, these have had such a positive influence on my ability to eliminate stress and find a more peaceful way to approach life. When we are immersed in the specifics of stress and problems, it will have a negative impact on our health. Soothing Sound Stress Relief was the light I needed to move me from a dark place!
I listen to the MP3’s as part of my night time ritual and while I worked as it help me focus on my job. Sometimes I even indulge whilst driving (I have a teenager who’s not that into Chilling music yet!) Through my own personal experience on mastering and creating a strategy to combat stress I now recommend this course to my Life Coaching clients. It really is a wonderful resource.
In summing up, all I can say that if stress and anxiety are a part of your life, for whatever reason, I would highly recommend embracing meditation and Soothing Stress Relief Sounds. I have spent significant time researching into this over the past few years and these two strategies are certainly able to assist you in releasing some of the harsh, harmful effect that stress and anxiety can have one your body.
