Hey, What\'s That Smell?

Do you have chronic pain? Are you tired, or just feel sick all of the time? Have you thought " Ouch, my muscles are killing me", but don't have the money to go see a massage therapist?

Well, I have good news for you.

You know that smell, when you walk through the massage place and you ask them what's that smell? Well my friends, that's the smell of essential oils. There are over 1,000 oils to choose from.

Lavendar is a wonderful oil that helps calms your muscles down. Peace & Calming is a nice blend to ease your brain after a long day of work. It also uplifts your spirits.

Essential Oils have been around for ages. We know of the bible story of Frankinscense and Myrrh being brought to the baby Jesus. It's even discovered to be in the burial temples of the ancient Egyptians. People have been using oils to help them recover for thousands of years.

As with everything, not all oils are created equally. There are cheap, synthetic knock-offs and there are organic, therapeutic-grade oils. You should stick with the organic, therapeutic-grade stuff. Organic essential oils are derived from plants and herbs to promote physical and psychological health.

The term aromatherphy was first used by a woman, Rene Maurice Gattefosse, a French chemist, in the 1920's, after researching the healing effects of essential oils.

Organic therapeutic-grade oils can be used for many things. It can be put in foods, to make it taste better.

I like to make my own febreze ( since the other ones, harms the air and our health). You can also use oils to help with bad headaches, leg cramps, upset stomachs, stress, and back pain. To make your own essential oils spray ( like febreze) just get a squirt bottle, put two drops of oils, ( whatever smell you want) and fill it up with water. ( make sure it purified water annd not tap) then shake it up, and just start spraying all around your home. The next time you have company over, the house will smell so good, people might say, " What scent is that?" and you can just tell them, it's essential oils. It's better than buying posion chemicals that will harm your family and pets. I care about staying healthy and well, and not sick and dying because of posion that harms our beauitful earth. I care about my health, and my familys health too. But if you want to learn more about essential oils, please search out 'therapeutic-grade oils'. You won't be disappointed. I hope this helps you.
