Easy Solution to the Diaper Dilemma With Cloth Diapers

The diaper wearing age can last a substantial amount of time. Though this is not a widely considered factor but the type of diapers that a baby wears has certain effects on the environment. That is just a peak of the iceberg as the most important factor is the effect of the diaper on the health of a baby. There are basically two types of diapers: disposable diapers and cloth diapers or go green diapers as they are well known today.

Though many people in the US use disposable diapers this type of diapers have great negative environmental impact. This type of diapers make up for more than 5 per cent landfill wastes in the US. Last year alone, more than 18 billion disposable diapers were discarded into the environment. Babies are born every day and the average number of disposable diapers that is worn by a baby before they switch to underpants is 5000.

This is one of the reasons why cloth diaper brands like charlie banana cloth diapers are gaining wide popularity. There are many other additional benefits of using cloth diapers to the disposable diapers.

However, washing the cloth diapers takes up the quality time that mothers really need after giving birth or while at home with their babies. This doesn't mean that they can't enjoy the full benefits of using cloth diapers because nowadays, busy mothers can use the cloth diapers service to take care of their cloth diaper washing.

The cloth diapers service is convenient and hygienic. Machines are used in the cleaning process and mothers are supplied with the diapers on a certain schedule.

There are many benefits associated with cloth diapers than with disposable ones. The go green diapers are friendlier to the skin of a baby. This type of diaper is soft and comfortable to wear and does not easily react with the skin of a baby. The other benefit of using cloth diapers is that parents who use this type of diapers generally change their babies more often resulting in babies whose skin generally stay drier and cleaner which is healthy for the skin of the baby; they are less likely to contract rashes.

The cloth diaper brands like the charlie banana cloth diapers are made of fabric; they don't have absorbent chemicals in them. This means that if a baby wets, they will feel the wetness and will give immediate feedback of the same. This is unlike the common misconception that babies don't realize when they wet themselves. When a baby wets, they immediately feel the difference and will cry as a response to that. dressing your baby with cloth diapers will help them maintain the awareness when they wet themselves; this makes training on using the potty much easier.

There is another benefit to using cloth diapers. This is quite important in such financial situations faced by most countries in the world. Even with cloth diapers service the cost of using diapers is much cheaper than that of using disposable variants. Apart from the clothes, babies won't be exposed to chemicals found in disposable diapers.
